Designer Job Requirements

• A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, compositions, color, layout etc.)

• At least 2 years graphic design experience

• Preferred 2+ years experience with Shopify and/or Showit

• An understanding of how to create brand identities and a willingness to adopt our design process

• A strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

• Some experience with Adobe XD

• A finger on the pulse of new design trends

• An understanding of the online business world

• A design style that is aligns with Mint Lane or an ability to create designs that reflect our style
