Our process begins with a comprehensive two-week planning phase that includes a website questionnaire, in-depth UX research, content planning, brainstorming sessions, and at least two website design directions.

Once a direction concept is approved, we move on to the desktop and mobile page design phases, which are presented to you over video. Mobile design is a particular focus for us, as we understand its importance - in fact, it accounts for around 90% of our clients' website traffic.

We share all designs via links that come with commenting tools, allowing you to provide us with feedback on all aspects of the website, from pages to views to hover states. We carefully consider all rounds of client feedback before finalizing the designs.
